At JOHNS, driver will be given their “own” truck to drive each day. We also work to assign consistent routes each week for all our drivers.

TIRE TECHNICIAN
Hourly Range: competitive wages based on experience and qualifications
Tire check daily (Check daily for low/flat tires and tread depths – all trucks in the yard)
Maintain rims, most importantly, making sure any contacting surfaces are free of dirt and/or rust
Retorque tires after each install
Maintain adequate spare tires for possible service calls.
Includes: 11R, 315s, Ud tire, semi tire (steers and drives)
All tires must be organized by size in the tire bay
Check the yard once a week for good ties on dead trucks, take them off, and bring them to the shop
Retorque tires AGAIN after a day of use, and install lug nut indicators on each lug
